Brain MRI Images for Primary Brain Tumors

This dataset from Taipei Veterans General Hospital features anonymized MRI scans of primary brain tumors, including Meningioma, Glioma, Pituitary Adenoma, and Neuroma, all diagnosed via craniotomy and pathology. Each case includes T1-weighted images (T1W), T2-weighted images (T2W), and post-contrast T1-weighted images (T1W+C). The tumor annotations adhere to the DICOM-RT structure set (RTSS) format, providing ROI Contour Sequence information. This comprehensive dataset, free from restrictions on the imaging equipment manufacturer, is designed to facilitate AI model training and further research in the field of brain tumors.
