All cases underwent detailed clinical and imaging evaluations and received Gamma Knife treatment for acoustic neuroma. Axial SE T1-weighted post-contrast images (T1WI+C) were used for annotation, and the annotations followed the standard DICOM-RT structure set (RTSS) format. Each case included T1-weighted images (T1W), T2-weighted images (T2W), and T1-weighted post-contrast images (T1W+C).
