NYCU portal dataset management rules 資料集及模型上架相關要求

資料集及模型上架相關要求，請參閱以下文件

資料集設定為公開，大眾可以直接存取資料，若設為私有資料集，除同一組織成員，一般民眾無法存取，也搜尋不到，資料集擁有者可先建立 public dataset，裡面包含文件說明 private dataset 相關資料，以及聯絡方式，資料擁有者可自行將使用者帳號加入 collaborators member，使用者即可存取 private dataset 相關資料

Collaborators 新增成員請搜尋 email 帳號 @ 之前的文字即可，以 docliu@nycu.edu.tw 為例，請輸入 docliu 即可加入使用者
